This has been a project of grace and perseverance for our clients. The homeowners had outgrown the square footage of this house, but they didn't want to leave. An En Suite was added to expand the overall sq ft of this home, for our clients to continue to reside here with their expanding family.
From the very first step in, the cheery yellow front door welcomes you to an open concept great room , offering views of the entire living space. Hand painted tiles cover the petite fireplace, and twin skylights shine above the handsome dark wide planked flooring. Custom cabinets sit proudly in the newly designed kitchen. This L-shaped kitchen features a mix of Caesarstone and soapstone countertops, a full wall tiled backsplash and showstopping cape blue island. In order to bring in much needed functionality , new stainless steal appliances, a large apron front sink and storage rich pantry were incorporated, tying everything together in this updated space.
The newly added master suite screams style, complete with a walk in closet, fashionable barn door and trendy en-suite pour in perfection. A freestanding double vanity with dual mirrors offers plenty of space for two to get ready at once. A crisp alcove tub, matte black hardware and convenient niche come second to the personality packed decorative floor tile. Making this chic suite a space these homeowner’s will never want to leave.

Now that we are back in our (new!) home, we appreciate the high quality with which the work was done and are truly enjoying being back in our beautifully renovated space.
