With two growing pre-teens, this Los Altos Family were in desperate need to modernize their newly purchased home. During design they envisioned one large space, one grand flexible great room to enhance socialness with friends and most importantly family.

Natural light played a crucial role in this sophisticated grey and white interior, with removing every separating wall and adding a massive patio door allowed sunlight to flood the space from every angle, enhancing the sense of spaciousness and improving sightlines. This light highlights the double coffered ceiling and brings to life the textures and patterns within the room.
